UK & MOST INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES ARE STILL OPERATING AT THIS TIME. with occasional minor delays!

We are taking THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS very seriously and extra precautions are taken when picking and packing your orders, staff are working alone, must report without symptoms & are wearing gloves or washing hands regularly & using hand sanitizer and we deep clean our warehouse regularly.

Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 3 pm UK time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following 'working day'.

Please note the we aim to dispatch the orders on the same working day but this duration can be delayed during peak times or holidays.

 All The delivery services we use include tracking and delivery confirmation on delivery (we cannot send to P.O. Boxes or unmanned addresses)

Attempted Delivery:- If no-one is in to sign for a delivery when it is attempted, the postal service should leave a card for you (some services may notify you by text or email) in order for you to arrange Re delivery (For UK orders this can be arranged via Royal Mail's Tracking website) OR Collection from your local mail sorting office where the item will usually be held for a period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If re delivery or collection is not arranged by the customer & the item is unclaimed, or if the item is undeliverable to the address you provided, and is eventually returned to us we will contact you to see if you want it re sent or the item refunded but we reserve the right to charge a re posting fee or deduct the original postage fee from any refund due, particularly where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided

 

Free UK Delivery on all orders £50 and over dispatched by Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 48:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated Delivery 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. (Same Day Dispatch if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday) £3.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated Delivery 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. (Same Day Dispatch if ordered before 3 pm Monday to Friday) £5.99

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Next day delivery (Same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm Monday to Saturday) £9.99

Returns/Cancellations

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if the item(s) are not suitable just follow the steps below for a refund/exchange.

Please note down our returns address and send the item(s) back:

in the same condition as sent,

unworn or unused in a re-saleable condition and 

with its original labels 

and packaging, to:

(we recommend using a Signed for or Tracked Service, as we won't be responsible if your parcel is delayed or misplaced)

Also please put a returns note inside the parcel with your order details and mention clearly if you require a refund or an exchange.

Please Note:

We only accept returns within 30 days of any purchase.

If any part of the original packaging, labels are missing of the item we may decline your request for refund.

If there is any sign of the purchased item(s) been used, worn, marked, stained, or it has odours (aftershave, fragrances, washing detergents, smoke) of any sort or misused or not used for its original purpose; we shall not accept the return.

Please make sure you open your parcels, mail bags and envelopes carefully as we will not accept any returns with cuts, marks, rips or tears. All packages are easy to open by hand and do not require any sharp instrument.

If you receive an item which you didn’t order please accept our sincere apologies and contact us at info@freshpopuk.com within 5 days of receipt of order, if 5 days have lapsed since receiving item, we shall consider the item delivered satisfactory and acceptable.

We do not accept the returns of certain items due to hygiene reasons I.e. undergarments/underwear and jewellery.

Any fault, defect that has occurred while using your item needs to be reported within 3 months of purchase with clear colour pictures of the fault, defect and written explanation of where the fault or defect has occurred on the item by email to info@freshpopuk.com

When contacting us please state your order no. and purchase date. Please note we do not accept any returns of any items that have shrunk, due to loss of colour/bleeding of any colour or faded or the material has become bally in the wash or while caring of the item as all our items listed to sell on our site have undergone testing and quality control by the manufacturer before production and come with wash, care labels.

If the item received has arrived faulty or with a defect please contact us at info@freshpopuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order stating your order no. and clear colour pictures of the fault/defect, a pre-paid returns label will be issued and exchange of the item shall be sent out once the faulty/defected item has been received.

Please allow up to 21 working days after we have received your return item(s) for refunds to return to the method of payment you used while making your purchase.

If you have clearly stated you would like an exchange, all efforts will be made to send out a replacement if the item is in stock otherwise a credit note will be raised or a refund if preferred. Please note we can only accept requests to exchange items in the same style to a different colour or size.

All our items are standard UK sizes and are made to fit an average built person unless stated otherwise please check item description for fit and sizing we will not be responsible for any mistakes you make when ordering your size.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@freshpopuk.com within 2 hours of making your payment with order no. you receive by email, if the order hasn’t been shipped we shall issue a full refund along with any postage paid, please allow up to 21 working days for the refund to reach the payment method you used. However, if it has already been dispatched, we can only issue you refund of the item value if it’s not suitable and once received back.
